These terms apply to made-to-order RELIV pieces.
Route file. You must provide a route file that you have the right to share with us. We accept .gpx and .fit files. The file must contain enough readable route and elevation data to make the requested piece. You are responsible for reviewing the route before upload, including any private locations it may show.
File review. We review each file before preparing a proof. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, incompatible, or otherwise unusable, we will contact you and ask for another file or additional information. If no usable file is provided within 14 days, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid, less any nonrefundable work or materials clearly disclosed to you before that work began, where permitted by law.
Proof approval. We send a digital proof before production. You are responsible for checking the route, spelling, dates, distance, elevation gain, time, and other requested details. Production begins only after written proof approval. We do not use a proof approval to replace a route file or invent missing data.
Revisions. Your order includes two proof revision rounds. A revision round means one consolidated set of requested changes. Additional revisions, a replacement route, a substantial change in terrain area, or a change in format may require an added charge and a new production schedule. We will tell you before any added charge applies.
Cancellation. You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production work has not begun. After we have prepared a proof or begun other order-specific work, we will explain what can be refunded before processing the cancellation. Once you approve the proof and production begins, the custom piece is not returnable except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
