THE MARKER is a physical record of a route worth keeping. It is built around a fixed event course, so no personal GPS file is required.

We model the terrain, print the relief in three dimensions, and raise the course line off the terrain. The route sits over an archival printed backer with the event information and measured details. Each piece is assembled in a black wood frame with glass glazing and finished by hand in our Central Arkansas studio.

THE MARKER is made for event-day collection, hand delivery, or light packing. It has the presence of a framed object without asking for more room than it needs.

What you provide

Nothing. RELIV Studio supplies the course data for this edition. If you want a relief built from your own recorded activity, choose THE RECORD.
Your first look

Before anything is printed you receive a first look showing the route, the terrain area, and every printed detail on the backer. Nothing moves to the bench until you say it is right.

Two rounds of revisions are included. Full terms are in the Custom Order Terms.
Production and shipping

Production begins once you sign off on the first look and takes 7 business days. Every piece is built, finished, inspected and packed by hand in Central Arkansas.

Pieces ship in a rigid printed box with a fitted insert. Shipping terms are in the Shipping Policy.
Framing

Each piece is set in a black wood frame with glazing, and arrives with hanging hardware fitted.

The relief is surface-mounted to the front of the glazing so the terrain reads as a physical object rather than something behind a window.
Returns

Because each piece is made from your route data it cannot be resold, so custom orders are final once you sign off on the first look. You can cancel within 24 hours of signing off.

If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the first look you signed off on, we remake it. Report it within 7 days of delivery. See the Return & Refund Policy.

Materials and construction

Made at the bench, checked by hand.

Every piece is a physical assembly, not a print of one. The terrain is modelled from real elevation data and printed in three dimensions, the route line is raised off the terrain, and the relief is surface-mounted to the front of the glazing so it reads as an object rather than an image.
