These Terms of Service govern your use of reliv.studio and purchases from RELIV Studio, LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and custom work. RELIV creates made-to-order commemorative objects. Product photographs, proofs, dimensions, and descriptions are intended to describe the work accurately, but handmade and 3D-printed processes may result in minor variations in finish, texture, and appearance. A digital proof is an approval of the route, terrain area, layout, and printed details. See our Custom Order Terms and Return & Refund Policy for the custom-order process.

Your content. When you upload a route file, text, images, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and allow us to use them to fulfill your order. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the files and details you provide. Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

Payment and pricing. Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. We may correct a pricing or listing error and cancel an affected order with notice and a refund. Payment is due at checkout unless we agree to different terms in writing.

Shipping and risk. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Inspect your order on arrival and report transit damage or defects promptly under our Return & Refund Policy.

Site use. You may use this site for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, copy or use site content in a way that violates law or these terms, or use RELIV trademarks without written permission.

Intellectual property. RELIV Studio's site content, branding, product designs, photographs, and materials are owned by RELIV Studio or used with permission. Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical piece, not a license to reproduce RELIV's designs or branding commercially.

Disclaimers and liability. To the extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided without warranties other than those expressly stated in writing. RELIV Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and contact. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@reliv.studio.
