Privacy policy

RELIV Studio, LLC

Effective date: September 1, 2026

RELIV Studio, LLC ("RELIV Studio," "we," "us") operates the online store at reliv.studio. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to our site, customers who place orders, and people who contact us or subscribe to updates.

Please read it carefully. By using the site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

Our work involves a category of information most stores never handle: GPS route files recorded during a ride, run, or race. Sometimes those files contain information you would consider private. A route file records coordinates for wherever your device was recording, so if you started or ended an activity at your home, your address is in the file. If you started and ended somewhere public, such as a trailhead or an event start line, it is not. We treat these files with specific care, and the section titled "How we handle route and activity data" describes exactly what we do with them.

Information we collect

Information you give us

We collect information you provide when you place an order, contact us, subscribe to updates, request a quote, or upload a file. Depending on what you do, this can include:

  • Name, email address, shipping address, and billing address
  • Phone number
  • Order details, including product, size, and options selected
  • Event information and the details you ask us to print, such as event name, date, distance, elevation gain, and finishing time
  • Route and activity files, described in detail below
  • The contents of messages, proof feedback, and support requests you send us
  • Organization name and contact details, for event organizer inquiries

Route and activity files

Custom orders may require a .gpx or .fit file. These files can contain route coordinates, elevation, timing, heart rate, and other information recorded by your device or platform.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers receive certain information automatically, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies and tracking technologies" below.

Information from service providers

We receive limited information from the companies that help us operate the store. Our payment processor confirms whether a payment succeeded and provides fraud-prevention signals. Our shipping carriers provide delivery and tracking status. Our email provider reports whether a message was delivered or opened.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Review your order and confirm we can produce it
  • Prepare and send a digital proof for your approval
  • Produce, finish, package, and ship your order
  • Process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions
  • Respond to your questions, proof feedback, and support requests
  • Handle a remake, replacement, or warranty issue
  • Send order and shipping confirmations and other transactional messages
  • Send marketing emails when you have asked to receive them
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the site
  • Keep business, tax, and accounting records
  • Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes

How we handle route and activity data

This section governs route and activity files specifically. Where it is more protective than the rest of this policy, this section controls.

Whether a route file contains private information depends on where you recorded. A route file holds coordinates for wherever your device was recording. If you started, paused, or finished at your home, your workplace, or another place you would rather not share, those coordinates are in the file. If you started and finished somewhere public, such as a trailhead or an event start line, they are not.

Review your file before you send it. If a route begins or ends at a location you do not want included, trim or crop it in your activity or mapping software before uploading. Some platforms also offer a privacy zone setting that hides a radius around an address. We work from the file you give us, and we do not add location information to it.

We use route data only for your order. Specifically, to review the file, prepare a proof, produce the requested piece, answer questions about that order, and handle a remake or warranty request.

We do not sell route data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not publish it, display it publicly, post it on social media, use it in marketing, or include it in a portfolio or sample without asking you first and receiving your permission.

Storage and access. Route files are stored in the systems we use to receive uploads, communicate with customers, and produce orders. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the file to fulfill your order.

Retention. We keep route files only as long as reasonably needed to complete the order, support a possible remake or warranty request, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any dispute.

Deletion. You may ask us to delete your route file at any time by emailing support@reliv.studio with your name and order number. We will remove it from active production and customer-support systems when it is reasonably possible to do so. We may need to retain limited records for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, and backup copies may persist for a period before they are overwritten. Deleting a file does not undo a physical piece that has already been produced.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

Service providers. We share what is necessary with companies that help us run the business, including our ecommerce platform and store host, payment processor, file-upload and form providers, email and messaging providers, and shipping carriers. They receive only what they need to perform their service and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of any person.

Business transfers. If RELIV Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor the commitments in this policy, including those covering route data.

With your permission. We will share information in other ways when you ask us to or agree to it.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and session working, remember your preferences, secure the site, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies will prevent parts of the store, including the cart and checkout, from working correctly.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where our platform supports it. Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, we do not respond to them separately.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card number is submitted directly to that provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We receive confirmation of the transaction, the payment method type, the last four digits, and the billing information needed to complete the sale and handle refunds, chargebacks, and accounting.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Order and transaction records are retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. Route files are retained as described in the route data section. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal record so we do not email you again.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or an order has been compromised, contact us at support@reliv.studio.

Your privacy rights and choices

Marketing email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message. This does not stop transactional messages about an order you have placed.

Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@reliv.studio with your name and order number.

State privacy rights. If you live in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we process, to obtain a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale of personal information or its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request for you.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@reliv.studio. We may need to verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details of an order you placed. We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Your Privacy Choices. Additional opt-out controls are available on the Your Privacy Choices page on our site.

Children's privacy

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@reliv.studio and we will delete it.

Where we operate

RELIV Studio operates from Arkansas in the United States and currently ships within the United States only. If you access the site from outside the United States, understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the current version here. If we make a material change to how we handle route data, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers with an open order.
